The 11th edition of the Euro-Food International Symposium 2023 will address current topics of utmost importance from the perspective of developing ideas, concepts, challenges, and technologies for the food of the future, thus supporting innovation in the food and aquaculture industry.
The integration of food engineering with related fields such as biotechnology, nutrition, bioeconomy, environmental protection, etc. plays a key role in providing efficient and sustainable food systems that ensure food security, food safety and quality in an ever-changing world.
By organizing the Euro-Aliment International Symposium 2023, the Faculty of Food Science and Engineering in Galati aims to expand knowledge transfer in the areas addressed, develop new partnerships, increase the impact and visibility of the faculty both nationally and internationally.
The online conference has 114 papers under debate, of which 40 oral presentations and 78 in poster form. At the same time, 14 presentations will be made by internationally renowned guests, within the following four sections:
