A delegation of "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati participated on Saturday, May 20, at the inauguration of the European Village-2023 in Leova. The action is part of the Agenda of the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Moldova which, together with the Embassies of the EU Member States, marks this year's Europe Day through a series of cultural and educational events in several regions of the country.

The European Village Fair 2023included numerous interactive activities, competitions, and workshops, but also a concert by Doina Covurluiului Ensemble, Dunarea de Jos Cultural Center – Galati, Advahov Brothers, and the famous ethno-rock band Zdob si Zdub.

The DJUG delegation honored the invitation of the General Consulate in Cahul to participate at the inauguration of the European Village in Leova. The stand enjoyed a special interest from visitors: students, teachers, parents, eager to find out more details about the offer of study programs and about the possibility to pursue studies at European standards as close to home as possible.
